Weeks, not months.
Value should show up fast. If a system takes a year and a small fortune to pay back, it has already failed the businesses we build for.
Our story
Output IQ began on the factory floor, not in a boardroom. It's the playbook one founder used to turn struggling SMEs profitable — turned into software any business that makes, moves or sells can switch on.
How it started
Output IQ didn't start as a software idea. It started on the floor of businesses that were quietly losing money — and with one person who kept being called in to fix it.
Not a consultant in a suit, advising from a distance — but in the building, working out why a business that could clearly make and sell things was still bleeding cash.
It was nearly always the same. Good operations losing money not because they couldn't produce, but because no one could see what was happening in time to do anything about it.
Sensors on the machines. Data captured automatically instead of on clipboards. Systems joined up so the numbers were live. Gut-feel became fact — and businesses that were haemorrhaging cash turned profitable.
Every turnaround was a bespoke project worth thousands of pounds. Which meant the businesses that needed it most — the smaller ones — usually couldn't justify it.
So the playbook became a product: the same automation, sensors and live data, built once and switched on in weeks — not commissioned as a project only the lucky few could afford.
Why we exist
Here's the honest maths behind why Output IQ exists.
A specialist to do this work in person runs around £1,000 a day. A full bespoke turnaround project landed somewhere near £10,000. For that one-off fee, you could run Output IQ for roughly a year.
We didn't make the work cheaper by cutting corners. We made it repeatable. The expensive part was always the expertise and the bespoke build — productise both, and the price drops without the value following it down.
Figures are indicative of past bespoke project work, shown to illustrate the model.
Run the numbers yourselfWhat we believe
Value should show up fast. If a system takes a year and a small fortune to pay back, it has already failed the businesses we build for.
You shouldn't have to tear out what works to fix what doesn't. We join things up; we don't bulldoze and start again.
The people doing the work see the problems first. Good software surfaces what they already sense, instead of talking over them.
A dashboard that's always green is lying to you. We'd rather show the uncomfortable truth that actually helps.
If you stay, it should be because it's working — not because a contract has you trapped.
Not a generic platform forced into a factory. Built for the businesses that make, move and sell, from the ground up.
Who you're dealing with
A deliberately small, senior team — the people who build Output IQ are the people who've done this work in real businesses. No layers between you and the people who understand your problem.
Spent years inside SME factories and warehouses — on the floor, not in a boardroom — turning businesses that were losing money into ones that made strong profit. Output IQ is that work, made repeatable.

Can you trust us?
We can't show you a wall of customer logos — we anonymise everyone, on purpose. What we can show you is a founder who has done this in real businesses, and a pilot you can run on your own operation before you commit a penny.
The same real-time grip the giants take for granted, within reach of every business that makes, moves or sells — not just the ones who can afford a consultant.
